Promoter	Sentient Blogs
Countries open to	All Countries except: North Korea, Russia, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, Belarus, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Zimbabwe
Promotional Period	Starts: 0001hrs, 10 August 2025 Ends: 2359hrs, 30 September 2025
Entry Restrictions	i. Entrants must be aged 16 years or older at the commencement of the promotion. ii. Entrants must be an approved registered Author on Sentient Blogs and have used the referral code.
Verification Requirements	If requested by the Promoter, winner must produce proof of identification & age in an approved format (E.g. Passport, Driving Licence etc). Failure to provide proof may result in a winner being ineligible to collect the prize.
Entry Procedure	To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 1. An existing author refers a friend using their unique referral code (located in their authors area dashboard). 2. The friend must input that referral code during registration and get approved. 3. Both the referring author and newly registered author (friend) must publish an approved blog. i. In the event the referring author refers more than one friend (e.g. 3 friends) then the referring author must publish three approved blogs in order to receive three entries, while each friend will only have to publish the one approved blog. In the event the referring author only posted two approved posts, only the first two of the three friends would be eligible for selection.
Maximum Number of Entries	i. Number of referrals: Unlimited. ii. One referral in accordance with above Entry Procedure = 1 Entry. Note: Multiple publishing of approved blog posts will not equal an additional entry.
Prize Details	$100 (Australian Dollars) CASH each. Transferred via EFT to winners designated account.
Winner Selection	Winners will be selected by a random generator. Selection will be screen recorded and may be requested for view by any of the entrants upon request.
Winner Notification	Winners will be notified via their registered author email address by no later than 5 days after competition closes.
Winner Publication	Full name of winner will be published: 1. On this page. 2. On Sentient Blog social media platforms. Publication will take place no later than 7 days after competition closes.
Prize Claim	The winner has 14 days from the time of email notification to claim their prize. Should the winner fail to claim their prize, there will be a redraw within 7 days.
Additional fine print	Minimum entrants: A minimum of five valid referrals (total) are required for the giveaway to proceed. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their details as per above ‘Winner Publication’. Liability: By entering the promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Sentient Blogs, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance of any prize. Disqualification: Sentient Blogs reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. Changes to Terms: Sentient Blogs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
